An RN with a full-time job, I love to spend free time baking goodies for friends and family. I specialize in American-style classic recipes, elevated by the use of thoughtfully selected ingredients and homemade from scratch. I also enjoy the challenge of making those classic treats plant-based so that more of my friends can enjoy them.
